A few things I can remember, last weekend Travis, Tyler, and Cami were down here for the festival of colors! And so was Lil Mike but we didn't get to see him because we ended up not going to the festival and he flew home right after it. We've been to the festival twice before, and opted out of going this year since its super hard to meet up with people there and we didn't really want to ruin anymore clothes. Yep. I'm a little bummed we didn't go this year because it would have been way fun to go with all those guys but oh well. We met up with them for dinner at In-n-out! Then we all went to the BYU lacrosse game! I have never been to a real lacrosse game before...its pretty intense! They can hit each other with their sticks as much as they want and it gets pretty crazy. It was way fun. Here are some pics of the game and the beautiful sunset!

This weekend has been awesome! Well, kinda. I've been stressing for the last 2 weeks about taking my genetics test which I had to take yesterday. I took it and got an 80! I know, not super impressive but hey I think I'm going to pass the class which is way good news haha. Its funny how whenever we finish a semester, I usually never think about those classes I took again, but when I'm in the thick of it, they are all I can think about. General Conference so far has been good, mostly because it has just put a little bit more perspective on things.
Anyways, so yesterday I took my test (took 3 hours for only 25 questions...bleh) and then we went out to eat at CPK (YUM) and then to see Hunger Games! It was such a fun and much needed night out. Hunger Games was awesome.
I think they picked the PERFECT people for each part! I thought I wasn't going to like who they chose for Katniss...but she was perf. Peeta could have been a little bit taller, but other than that he was perf. And Gale, perf. Perf, perf, perf. Loved it...I want to see it again!
Today has been awesome watching conference, going running in 70 degree weather, getting a jamba, taking a long shower, Billy cleaning the bathroom, and just hanging out. My family comes up here on Wednesday for Hayley and Dan's wedding and also to go through the temple with Derek for the first time! I can't wait!! This week is going to be awesome. I can't wait until this semester is over though!
Oh and P.S. to anyone who cares, I have decided to walk in graduation with Billy this April. I don't actually graduate until next April, but we might not be around here next April, and all of my family and Billy's family are coming up for it so I just figured I might as well get the pictures over with now! So yep, I've got my cap and gown and will be walking April 20th. Running a half marathon April 21st, and turning 22 on April 22nd! Fun times all around.
I really can't think of anything else to update on. Well, Billy is doing awesome as EQ President, and really taking to it! I love seeing him get into it. Also, I'm staying as a Sunday School teacher...all by myself! Well, Billy said he didn't want to be released so he could still help me, but I'm supposed to teach on my own...every other week! Wah! It will be good for me though. It's been good for me so far, and it will keep being good. Billy's final semester is wrapping up at school so he has been working on lots of papers and presentations and especially on fighting his senioritis! Haha I've got it pretty bad too, we are ready to get out of Provo.
Days like today (70 degrees and sunny) make me really miss the beach.
And I'm not just saying that to sound "cool" or anything. Getting in that freezing ocean water and then laying on a towel in the sand sounds like the most refreshing thing in the world right now to me. Or running early along the beach when its still all foggy and misty...oh man. Can't wait to go home this summer!
ANYWAYS, sorry for the rambling, I think that's all I have to update on. Bye!
OH WAIT! One more thing I wanted to write about...this is super funny. Hopefully Billy doesn't mind I'm sharing this. So Billy weighed himself like 3 days ago. Keep in mind he weighed 125-130 ish when we got married (I know, he was pretty skinny haha). And now he weighs...............160! Hahaha! So funny. He's gained like 30 pounds in a year and a half! He doesn't even look fat at all...just filled out. When I look at wedding pictures compared to pictures now, he looks a lot better and I think many of you can agree. Anyways, just thought that was way funny.
