New Years 2018

New Years Eve 2017 was probably our lamest yet.  It was our first year with a baby so we watched a couple shows and turned in (very) early, while also getting mad at our neighbors for all being so loud haha.  Colby was sick with a weird virus and had a fever so she was ready to go to bed early as well.

New Years Day my friend Caitlin Allsop invited us and the Ruppers who were in town over to her house for lunch.  She lives in Peoria so it was quite the drive.  Billy had to stay home and work so I tackled it by myself.  Colby of course cried for the last 30 minutes or so after I ran out of toys to throw into the back for her.  We had a fun time over there socializing and eating.  Colby impressed everyone with her big appetite for PB&J.  It's always fun to see my college besties!  Colby fell asleep super quick on the way home and slept the entire way, thankfully.
