Weekend in Sedona

The last weekend in September Jody invited us to join them in Sedona for the weekend!  She and Dieter had gotten a timeshare for the week and he wasn't going to be in town until Monday, so we crowded up the timeshare before he got there.  It was so fun!  We drove out on Saturday, stopping for Del Taco on the way out yummm.  We settled into the timeshare when we got there and then went on a little hike which was beautiful and fun (but gave me lots and lots of bug bites).  We had pizza for dinner and then the adults played games late into the night.  We had a super fun night!  Jody and I got a little goofy, it was a good time.  WOHON!

It was cold in the hotel

The next day was Sunday.  We got up and had breakfast and then went on another little hike after trying to find it for an hour.  The hike was awesome because it ended at a little stream!  It was a hot day so the stream felt awesome!!  On the drive back we stopped at Wendy's for lunch.  Then Karen, Billy, and I went and looked around the shops in downtown Sedona.  Then we packed up and went home!  Such a fun weekend!  Thanks Jody!!

This one :)

Sorry for the picture overload!  So many good ones!  That's what you get with a photographer in the family!  Thanks again Jody!

  3. I smiled at a lot of these pictures!! But I never get tired of looking at that picture of you in Alaska with the moose antlers. You got the cute Nala and Simba sweatshirt on. :-) And that cute bow in your hair with those stretchy pants. It seems like just yesterday. I still remember those clothes and I'm surprised I didn't keep them stuffed in some drawer. :-)
